Can I entry other language in Rate Plan Template parameter fields

Hi Expert,

When I create a Rate plan template I try to entry the parameter in Chinese for example : Rate Element is one-time charge and the field of price I choose parameter and try to enter the parameter description with Chinese. I cannot entry but I can change it under the parameter definition list. I change the parameter description from English to Chinese and save success. I also try to assign the rate plan template and rate plan to product and create subscription. Seems fine. Does it mean I can type any language in parameter fields?
