Access BO bypassing load balancer URL in Cluster Env

Hello

We are on BO 4.3 SP1 patch 12 { SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 1 Patch 12 Version: 14.3.1.4203 } on windows 2019, repo DB is on MS Sql server 2017.

We have a cluster environment, with 2 Application and 2 Webserver {Tomcat} also in places is the load balancer. User access the BO Env using the below link:

http://xyzbo4:8080/BOE/BI

When I directly try to hit the individual Web server, I get the "Logon failed for RESTful Web Services. Contact system administrator." error.

Can the users access the system directly by by-passing the load balancer with below URL??

http://xyzpbo4w00:8080/BOE/BI

http://xyzpbo4w01:8080/BOE/BI

This is what I have configured in RESTful Web Service in the CMC

http://xyzbo4:8080/biprws

Any setting that can be changed somewhere so that both these URL also work?
