Theme Designer for SAP BO 4.3 Bi Launch - Issue Changing SAP BO Logo

Hello Experts,

My environment:
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support pack 3

I have managed to deploy Theme Designer and I select a new logo to change.

The new logo is in png format and in the preview page seems ok. When I'm try to download the css file, I'm getting an error like :

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Type Status Report

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Apache Tomcat/9.0.65

Anyone has an idea how to avoid this error and download the .css file

Hi Ercole! How do you download the css file? Via "Theme" > "Export..." > "Optional Settings (for Experts)" > "Source Files + CSS Resources + Base Theme Resources"? When exactly does the HTTP 404 appear? Can you provide a HAR-File (see Save all network requests to a HAR file in the Chrome DevTools docs) and a screenshot of the error, with the console tab of the DevTools open? Best, Dominik

Hi dominikschreiber

Thanks for the answer.

I'm using Theme Designer which load ok on the server

Then I have added the new image successfully

Then I trying to download the css file and I'm getting this error

I also attached the .har file for you to see.

I cannot attach as .har file so rename as ukldn987har.txt. Just take away the .txt prefix

Thanks in advance

Ercole

Hi Ercole! Thank you for uploading the screenshots. I now understand that you are using SAP Business Objects BI's ThemeDesigner.war. This, unfortunately, is a completely different and separate product from UI theme designer, to which the tag you assigned to this question belongs. I can only suggest that you open an incident at the BI-BIP-DEP or BI-BIP-INS components (they are referenced in SAP Note 2828533, which seems to belong to the ThemeDesigner.war). Wish you all the best! Dominik
