Hello,

Some of our Developers reported with some Changes in the TOC process in Charm.

We have a Scenario where the TOC are not generated after moving the Normal change from In Development to To be Tested, However the original TR has been moved to Production.

In another Case the TOC are generated automatically when performing the Status Change as per the Standard behavior.

This has happened recently. anyone aware about the reason for this strange behavior?

Does Explicit creation of TOC option is available in Solman 7.2 SP9
