Smart form print preview incorrect output

Hi, When I give print preview through smart form the material description is displayed correctly, but when I run through VF03 the material description is incorrect, what could be the reason?

Below one is smart form output which is correct

Lease Rent <-- Correct description

But when I give print preview through VF03 its showing below output which is the wrong, how to print correct value through VF03
