SAP BO SP09 P11: New access levels added?

Dear community,

does anyone of you have the same problem? We are faced with access errors after upgrade to 4.2. SP09 P11.

We do not find any hint in the package description what was changed. Do you know some place where to find what the content of the patch package is? So that we could check if there are any adjustments on access level changed.
