Is there a way to access a "Practice Instance" for Employee Central?

I am currently enrolled in THR30 "Explore The SAP Success Factors Platform". I would like to be able to follow along with the examples and get access to the platform to learn by doing. Is this included with the class? Or am I out of luck?
