Rec mgmt: candidate attachments not included when forwarding or saving candidates

Hi! We are trying to forward or save candidate application documents/attachments to a zip file. For some reason documents uploaded as "other documents" (not resume or application) is not included. Is there something we can do to make sure those documents is included?
