Shipment cost - scale tables

Hi gurus

I want to know the scales for distance that we maintain in TK11 using the condition record number..I want to give the logic to create an report for shipment cost condition where we maintain the scales for one condition type based on distance now I want to know how to fetch the distance using condition records no or any other way is there
