Master Data cleanup is not working

Dear Expert,

I m using version SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.191) FP 2202 (64-bit). I have uploaded employee master data wrongly. I want to remove those wrong employee master data. Trying to remove by using Master Data Cleanup wizard. "Next" button is not enabled - It shows To continue with master data cleanup, you must back up the database. Even though I have taken backup ( through SLD, Backend HANA by export and query) and relogin sap and then tried same end with vain.

Please advice us.

I have disconnected all session and restarted server as well and taken backup in all three ways still its not working.

Please guide us is there any setup need to be done.
