Master Data cleanup is not working

Dear Expert,

I m using version SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.191) FP 2202 (64-bit). I have uploaded employee master data wrongly. I want to remove those wrong employee master data. Trying to remove by using Master Data Cleanup wizard. "Next" button is not enabled - It shows To continue with master data cleanup, you must back up the database. Even though I have taken backup ( through SLD, Backend HANA by export and query) and relogin sap and then tried same end with vain.

Please advice us.
