Hi all,
We are having an issue on SLD (Control Center) https://<SERVER>:40000/ControlCenter/.
We have been using this to backup and schedule backup before.
But now, we can't use it anymore (the export, import, schedule button is disabled).
We already tried to restart the HANA DB and b1servertools, but it's still not working.
The backup is still running according to schedule that we have set before, but we can't change the schedule.
We can access the file in /hana/shared/backup_service/backups so we assume that the backup is running.
Also, when we try to access https://<SERVER>:40000/Enablement/ it shows internal error.
Is there anything else that we should check?

Hi Rafaee Mustafa,
You need to take care of following things in order to make it enable:
1. Backup Service should be installed.
2. Backup Service should be up and running.
3. Database Instance should be registered for Backup Service.
