Alerts are not being emailed

Hi All,

I have setup and alert based on a query. The query has a result and it sends internally (can see the results in the Message/Alert overview.)

But its is not being emailed. The job service is running as well as service layer.

This is the error in the log file:

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
