BOM download/upload

Do someone know how to download BOM ( with all levels and components)to an Excel spreadsheet ?

Hi,

please try transaction CS12. Here you can display a multilevel BOM and transfer the result to Excel (button in the toolbar of the ALV).

Hi

I have the requiremnet to create download program to download BOM from the 4.5 system. The download program should create 4 different files while itu2019s reading BOM data:

• one with BOM header and items data (without any extended text),

• and three (with the same format) respectively for

=> BOM Header extended text,

=> BOM variant extended text,

=> BOM items extended text.

Could you please help me with a sample code for the same?

Hi,

Using the BOM Display you can have a glance of the BOM to the lowermost level and in the same screen getting into System>List>Save-->Localfile one can download the BOM displayed.

Thanks, but it does not works because the menu "Localfile" is always grey
