Hi Team,

After GR process, why GR & co product material Y actual cost is showing zero in KKBC_ORD t-code?

Material X is main header material
Material Y is Co product

Material master settings
Material X is having the check mark as co-product and also maintained with approtionment structure.
Material Y is having the check mark as co-product and not maintained with approtionment structure

BOM settings
Material Y is maintained with negative quantity with check mark as co-product.

Please help me on this issue wether I am missing any settings either in master data or configuration.

If you are seeing zero cost in the KKBC_ORD t-code, it is likely due to the Material Master settings of Material Y. The Material Master settings need to be configured to properly calculate the cost of Material Y.

The Material Master settings should include the Co-Product check mark and an apportionment structure that reflects the cost of Material Y. If the apportionment structure is not configured, the cost of Material Y will not be calculated properly. Additionally, the BOM settings should include the negative quantity of Material Y and the Co-Product check mark.

If the above settings are configured correctly, the cost of Material Y should be displayed in the KKBC_ORD t-code.

Hi yoganandamuthaiah

Thank you for quick response.

As you said I already mantained the apportionment setting for main product X with co-product check mark and also Material Y is having the check mark as co-product and not maintained with approtionment structure.

In BOM also Material Y is having the check mark as co-product with negative sign quantity.

Best Regards
