How to configure an alert linked to consomptions increase

Good morning,

We manage a lot of items with re-order point (VB) in SAP.

These re-order points have been set up at a time T and they need to be updated by users everytime. (For exemple, if there is a forecast of cumsuptions increase in the future, or new equipment, or new users, etc.)

We wonder if SAP could help us for the forgotten items :

Can we set up an alert if, for exemple, the average comsumptions over the past 3 months increased by 10% ?
