Failed to create BI Platform Document from SAP Lumira Designer

Dear all,

We have installed the below on one Windows Server machine:
1. SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 Support Pack 2 Patch 6
2. SAP LUMIRA SERVER 2.4 SP00 Patch5
3. SAP LUMIRA DESIGNER 2.4 SP00 Patch5
4. SAP LUMIRA DISCOVERY 2.4 SP00 Patch5

We are using SAP Lumira Documents Mode and have successfully connected.

While creating BI Platform Documents,

We are getting an error - Failed to create document / Failed to create remote document "Test020323"

In the logs, we can see UnknownHostException: FQDN of our machine.

If in Preferences, we change the Preferred Startup Mode from SAP Lumira Documents to SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform (Legacy), it's working.

But, we need to use SAP Lumira Documents.

hosts file is setup

But, during my initial installation of SAP Lumira Server, I chose complete with all options.

How to fix this?
