Tagging inspection lots to show reason for inspection

Hello,

I am currently looking to see if there is a way, when setting 0101 FAI inspection under "insp setup" of change material app (QM in procur active checked off, changing warehouse to inspection warehouse, etc.), is it at all possible to somehow set a reason or reason code for setting up the inspection? When we have quality issues with vendors we set FAI by having parts set to come into "inspection lots". There must be some way to "tag" that inspection to know what quality issue or reason there was for setting it?
