SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles are assigned to user. but still facing error occurs

Dear Experts,

SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles are assigned to user. but still facing errors occur in to authentication screen. we did regular checks as well. still its same errors comes up

Note - user has not been assigned any role

Can you please advise me what are the errors in the authorization screen. i heard that errors occur rarely. if any document/ Blog available that would be helpful us.
