Inventory items list

So I have been using SAP for a long time and whenever I would need to pull up a list of all of the parts that start with the same designation, I just type in the first couple and hit tab and a full list would populate. Now when I do that, I get a plus sign and a bunch of other plus signs under that for different categories. I want the list to just populate in numerical order again without the category separations. Is this something in the background or could someone have possibly changed a setting.
