Hello Experts,
Currently Emarsys supports only 2 CRM Ads integration Facebook and Google Ads. Is there any way where we can connect Emarsys with other social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media.
Also can Emarsys send ad request or audience to Outlook/MSN platform to display the ads.
Your inputs are highly appriciated.
Thanks
Govinda
hi govinda_0705,
I can confirm that LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter are on our internal roadmap, but not all at once and with no fixed dates at the moment.
Microsoft Advertising is being looked into as well, but again no firm details at this time.
Hope that helps!

Thanks, Govinda Parate, for bringing up that topic.
I am a little bit confused. When using Facebook Ads we can also configure in the Facebook Ads manager that we want to display our content on Instagram. So even if there is no direct connection to Instagram, we can use it via the facebook connection. Is this right, wyoung?
Thanks!
Sandra
Hi govinda_0705 - I'm afraid not yet. But are there any networks that you prioritise above the others? The roadmap is currently flexible and we may be able to put one at the top of the list.

Thanks wyoung ,
Our priority will be Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. There are many client/business who would like to connect with different social media platforms. For example Twitter and Instagram for brand promotion or sending some alerts. LinkedIn for their Company recruitment drives or job fair events. So I think this platform should be on top priorities.
Also will be good approach if SAP Emarsys can open some API or provide adapter for external system integrations.
Thanks
Govinda Parate
