How many subscriptions (licenses) required for SAP Build Process Automation

Hello experts,

Let's assume that we would buy Subscription/ consumption (CPEA/ PYAG) any one of the plan for SAP Build Process Automation service. If our subaccounts are divided into Development, Production then do we have to purchase two separate licenses?

e.g. One subscription/ license - > Dev

second subscription/ license -> Prod

etc.
