The deleted PO have output and the approval strategy continues.

Hello,

When the single-item PO is deleted, the approval strategy remains approvable in S4HANA.

The approval strategy goes back to the beginning when the first approver has approved.

Normally, when the PO is deleted, the approval strategy tab should disappear.

The output can be obtained from ME9F because of there is release strategy.

Maybe user may print this the output by mistake.

Could you tell me exactly how this can be fixed?

1-When the single-item PO is deleted, the approval strategy remains approvable in S4HANA. Actually, I generally don't want this approval strategy to stay in approval. Output occurs because of this situation. When I tried on the lower version system and deleted a purchase order, the approval strategy was completely gone. This is what I want. If I change on output the issue with approval strategy is not resolved and output may be affected for different changes in purchase order.

2-Do you have a specific customization for output not to trigger on deletion change?
