Blocked Sales Order not reflecting to Manage Documented Credit Decisions

I would like to raise this issue about Block Sales Order not reflecting toManage Documented Credit Decisions. This issue only occurred in the recent 2302 SAP S/4HANA Cloud upgrade. What should we do to resolve this issue? Thank you.

For now, only Q system for 2SL and T system for 3SL have been upgraded, no upgrade implemented in P system. And even the Q system after the upgrade displays the document status correctly, please check the attachment, and make sure the filter you choose is right.

Still we have this problem in our Test system. In our Dev system it works correctly but in test system we can not see blocked document in the app.

Here you can see this sales document is blocked(figure 1) but I can not see it in the app as in figure 2. How can I solve this issue?
