Crystal Reports 2020 crashing on launch

I've recently run a fresh install of Crystal Reports 2020 onto a virtual Windows 11 machine. Here are my specs:

Platform: Parallels 11
OS: Windows 11
Crystal Version: 2020...otherwise, I'm not sure as CR won't run long enough for me to click the Help menu, but I installed from the CR202003P_100-70005715.exe file.
System: Macbook Air w/ M2 processor, MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

When I first installed, I did have an error message detailing a bunch of dll and ocx files that failed to register. I was able to get the list of failures and individually register each of them.

When I click to open the Crystal Reports application, the window opens for a few seconds. I can see all of the menu items and buttons, and then it crashes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
