How to add a signature in customer quote output form

Hi Experts,

I have added a signature in the sales quote attachments. I want this signature to be displayed in customer quote output form. I have created an image field in the adobe form and binded to $record.FormQuote.AttachmentFolder.Document[*].FileContentBinaryObject#data. But after submitting the quote, in preview the signature is blank. Please suggest your inputs.
