Oracle Database SBP Patching shared oracle home

Hi SAP,

We are planning to create a new oracle home, then apply the SBP patch into the new oracle home and move the Database from the current/old oracle home to the new oracle home (new SBP patched applied). We would like to check and confirm with you if this approach is possible, and if yes can you share us documentation or reference SAP Notes for us to achieve this procedure. Also, are there any impact or risk to Database when performing such approach?
