Hope you are doing well, as per our process in Saudi Arabia government we already activatedScenario Document and Reporting Compliance (5XU) and we already working on Standard documents and all required configuration is activated.

But we are facing issue once try to generate XML File and system not display issue log. Can anybody help here?

These problems are caused by a faulty setup of the 'Communication Arrangements'. Go to Launchpad > Communication Arrangements and search for the respective arrangement maintained for Italy. These both issues could be solved reactivating the communication scenario, which is done via creating new communication arrangement or changing the current one. In the app 'Communication Arrangements', search and open arrangement SAP_COM_0418. Switch to edit mode and check if you have defined the path for each of outbound services which you want to use and then save. For the endpoint configuration 'Italy XML to HTML Service', make sure that the Service Status is active with the box flagged. Also, check if the endpoint Path is using the correct endpoint URL ending, as it should be the same that appears in the iFlow 'Italy XML to HTML'. - Taken from - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2696897 - though for Italy might be applicable for Saudi Arabia.
