RFC Outbound Adapter connection problem.

Hello All,

I am still having the problem to connect CRM to XI. I created the total scenario (sender communication channel, receiver determination, interface determination, sender agreement and receiver agreement)

I checked the cache and also delta and full refresh two times.

I did deleted to total process three times and recreated it, still did not work.

When I am trying to call function module it is giving me error 'lookup of binding via CPA-cache failed for AdapterType RFC, AdapterNS'

Please let me know if you know anything about this error.

The scenario is CRM to XI via RFC adapter and XI to webservices via SOAP adapter.

I created all in SM59 with T connection and using the same program id in RFC adapter.

here is the function model we are using in CRM to test this

going to SE37 and give the function module name and test in debug mode then I am getting the error bellow

'lookup of binding via CPA-cache failed for AdapterType RFC, AdapterNS'

Hi,

Please can you check:

1. RFC connection created is working

2. The program ID given in TCP/IP is the same as given in the RFC adapter.

Also go through SAP NOte:

730870, 545136

Hi Vijaya,

Thanks for replay. I did check those, still I am getting the same error. RFC connection is working in CRM. I did check the program id in RFC adapter, it is same as given in SM59 of CRM.

Thanks.

Hi,

Please can you check in the Integration Directory for Business system In menu

service-->Adapter specific identifier has the correct client and Business system.

The client should be the same from where you are triggering the RFC.

Vijaya

Did you create the RFC Adapter COnfiguration once again.. Then activate everything again..Check the Adapter configuration once again

Did you check all the options as per yesterday's post

If you have still problem, then try to refresh RFC Adapter Metadata or try to restart J2EE engine/Adapter Engine.

Thanks,

Moorthy

HI,

go to SLD->Business System-><name>_Integration_Server (Business System)->Open this and look for Pipeline URL

It should be http://<InetgrationServer>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

Thanks,

Moorthy
