How SAP ME Triggers to close the o3 Inspection lot? What is the process behind it.

What triggers the Inspection lot to be closed from SAP ME? Could somebody explain the process?

In MEINT Queue Monitor, in Response to logSFCDCGroupRequestME Type, which part will confirm that the Inspection lot is closed in SAP ERP from SAP ME?

Kindly please help by explaining this.

How do they close it in ERP using Inspection characteristics?

We usually get <closed>X</closed> in BAPI Request but that is missing why? Please help.
