Upload favorites menu SAP Gui window

Hi all

I have been trying to upload my favourite menu on other colleagues' accounts and I just can't.

I remember that this menu used to be like a Microsoft window with access to my computer's folders and documents but at some point, it became this simple menu, with very limited access to everything. If I click on the tiny squares icons, the same window pops up again and over and over. Does anybody know what should I do to change it?
