MC.5 W location not reducing

Hello,

I am currently having trouble with MC.5 W (plant) location not reducing once IDOCs is posted. I was informed that the IDOCs with EDLNOT errors had to be posted before the reduction will process however, in BD87 I found 234 IDOCs in 53 status (processed,) with EDLNOT ext service agt consignment issue. Please advise on a way to reduce this location in the MC.5 W location evaluation.
