Background image is not loading up(403 error) in UI5

Hello ,

As mentioned in the question title , the background image is not loading up in the customer system and showing up 403 error in the Networks tab of the browser. I checked the file path and compared it with the internal system - everything is similar. Please let me know if any suggestions to help in this issue.
