Permission for Second Manager's Supervisor

Hi experts,

We have to create a permission role for Second Manager's Supervisor, and their target population should be Second reports of the second managers, is there a way to select such options in permission roles?

Scenario:

Employee 'A' and 'B' have 'C' as their Second Manager.

Employee 'D' is Employee C's Supervisor.

When the compensation form is routed to Employee D from Employee C, D should be able to use the promote function for A and B which requires to enable promotion permission from permission role.
