sap mi31 max number items is not reached

Hi Guys,

I set the max items to 30 in Mi31，but got two PIDs with 22 items and 15 items. I expect two PIDs with 30 items and 7 items.

what may cause this issue?

Thanks, it is actually use MICN, but not MI31.
