js logic not re-applied right after edit the component in smartedit

some of my custom components having the list of custom BannerComponents. After adding new component or removing the component from the list. All the components are dissappering right after saving the changes, But after refresh they are coming. if there is any inputs, when we need to reapply the script right after the changes or page refresh on that components right after the edit, that will be great.
