How can I manager my organizational data (departments, locations, job titles) via api?

Hi

I'm trying to automate the creation and update of foundational data (organization codes, department codes, location codes, and job codes) with a 3rd party system. When one of these is created or updated, I want this information to sync to ByDesign via api integration.

When I check the SOAP documentation, it seems that we can only query this data.

Does anyone know how to I can update instead?
