datasource error--- PLZ HELP

Hi BW Brothers & Sisters,

I'm facing a problem with the datasource 3FI_SL_7R(BC datasource for IS-RETAIL)i activated it inspite of warning message "Delta process ABR for datasource 3FI_SL_7R requires a cancellation field", it was activated. But i'm unable to see any data in it, when i checked in the RSA3- Extractor checker. I have not assigned it to the infosource still, what might be the problem with this datasource, and also plz suggest me the possible remedy. I'm a new child in this BW family.

Help me out plz

Hi Dhanya,

Thanks a lot for coming to my rescue but i'm still left without a proper solution i'm loading a BC cube with this datasource & i cant see any data in RSA3 for this datasource. why is it happening, i'm unable to extract the data. update me if there is any appropriate solution.

hi,

Pls make sure you have that datasource activated and contained in RSA6, check the debug mode in RSA3 and execute to debug it.

Have you read this blog by Roberto:

It should help you to get to the tables from which the datasource is extracting data.

check whether the datasource is populated or not?
