Dears, I have SAP B1, under implementation stage

I have items with different Item Nos and same category

Eg. I need to sell shoes with different size and color, of one model

Need to give quote for model name with unit price and total qty

Upon receiving the order, the Sales order to be created in manner that the first line should show the total qty required and a pop up should open for size and color

Once the qty is filled for color and size, they should come to the sales order as specified.

Please advise how I will input the Item Group in Quotatio. I have made the group.

The configuration steps for this requirement are as follows:

1. Create an Item Group for the model name, and assign the items (different sizes and colors) to it.

2. Configure the Price List for the Item Group, with the unit price for each item.

3. Create a Quotation with the Item Group and the total quantity.

4. When converting the Quotation to a Sales Order, open the Item Group and a pop-up window will appear to enter the size and color information for each item.

5. Enter the quantity for each size and color, and the Sales Order will be created with the items split into separate lines according to the size and color information.
