We need to allow resources to take up to 10 days of Annual Leave over and above their entitlement of specific service year. It means system should allow excess of 10 days for resources who have Annual leave or Leave in bank or both quota. The changes are effective 1st Jan 2023 which means it should be applicable even if someone has a AL/LIB quota with start date of 2022 as long as it’s end date is 2023
Excess days availed in any specific year should further get adjusted with the quota generated in the subsequent year. It can be Annual leave or Leave in bank quota or both.
To achieve this we have done the configuration in V_T556A for both Annual leave and Leave in Bank but by this then in total 20 negative days is being allowed by system which is wrong. And for date part if I am allowing the rule to be applicable from Jn 2023 then for employees which have quota start date before Jan 2023 they are not able to use negative 10 days functionality.
Please help in guiding how can I have this requirement in system.
