Does One Transportation Load for deployment requisition qty or STR qty of multiple products?

Dear all,

I am setting two products which are using the same additional transportation lane ID which has the same source, target locations and the same transportation group ID

However , when running TLB, system always generate transportation load for each product separately. I tried many times, there is no load which mixed two products together.

I just want to check whether the standard feature of TLB works like this or I missed any step.
