FIORI PO Workflow: PO Cannot be Approved

FIORI workflow is active and working as intended. Someone locked the auto-approval user. The PO does not appear in a user inbox nor is there any information under the Workflow Tab. These POs cannot be edited and I are not found when using SWIA.

How can I manually for a PO back through workflow so that we can reject/approve it?
