Departure event is not updated in FO execution tab when PGI done at Outbound delivery document

Hi All,

We are using S4 2021, where we have post goods issue happened in delivery document, but FO document is not getting posted the "Departure event."

Please let me know is there any standard configuration or any enhancement is required to get departure event posted automatically in FO document as soon as post goods issue happened in delivery document.

Actually, we have already configured the departure event in the FO type configuration.

Please let us know is it standard functionality where departure event will be posted automatically in FO document as soon as post goods issue happened in the delivery document (or) do we need to have any enhancement to achieve the same. please let us know more details of the enhancement if required any enhancement,
