Dear All
In KE24 output screen, if we press F4 on 'customer characteristic' column, then description of custom characteristic is not shown. We have created characteristic WWxxx in operating concern and written enhancement rule in KEDR to update this field.
This characteristic references Z data element and Z check table. In KEA5, text table and text field are updated for this field.
However in sales order > Profitability segment, characteristic description is visible but not in KE24.
Why characteristic description is not visible in KE24 ? Attached is KEA5 screenshot of characteristic.
