We are facing a situation where the number of calls we send to our external tax calculation service is more than 10x what we anticipated. Based on data coming back from our vendor, it looks like most of these calls are coming during the creation and/or processing of Sales Orders. Is there something I can look at to reduce the number of calls? Alternately, are there log-points or something else I can activate that will help me see where most of the activity is coming from?
