Differenct creator's name in Change log of Journal Entry & General Ledger Report

Dear Expert,

There are several manual adjustment journal entries with the creator shown in Journal Entry Report and General Ledger Report that are different. The SAP B1 Version is10.0 FP2011 HANA. The creator's name in the change log is consistence with the Journal Entry Report.

Does anybody know the possible reason for this happening?
