SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration

Dear Ariba Community,

I have a question about Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC). How does SCC make forecasts about procurement?

As I previously researched, it was mentioned that integration of SCC with Business Planning (IBP) to make accurate forecasts. Should I understand that SCC can't forecast if the customer doesn't have IBP?
