I had a name change and i had an S-id in the old name and a second one my current name. Unfortunately, I merged accounts and lost my Cloud Administrator right for my account. Can it be merged? I am not sure if anyone else has those rights in my organization. Do i need an incident to resolve?

would you please send a case on component XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR. Add all information like the S-users you have troubles. Let us check what happen. Please also check who is your Super User and Cloud Administrator. The Cloud Administrator can give you the Cloud rights back. Please see SAP KBA 1271517
