Merged Accounts in SAP MARKETING CLOUD

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with merging account data in SAP Marketing Cloud.

I have an account created with the following attributes:

Account ID: 00423

Email: nicolastourino@gmail.com

Origin ID: SAP_ERP_BUPA (priority 10 - one per contact)

When I try to create an account with different ID, different origin but same Email, the system merges them.

The account I want to upload is:

Account ID: 00523

Email: nicolastourino@gmail.com

Origin ID: PAYMENTS (priority 15 - one per contact)

What happens that ends up leaving only one account prioritizing the SAP_ERP_BUPA origin but combining the ID's. What I need is to have both accounts separately, even if they have the same secondary id 'EMAIL', which does not have the 'one per contact' mark, so it should not merge the accounts.

I am uploading the accounts by CSV.

Any idea why this is happening?
