Dear Community,
I would need your kind expertise to consolidate the understanding of the below scenarios.
In the context of a carve-out scenario, the AS-IS sees two Customer Numbers (e.g. X1 and Y2) and the S-User IDs are deployed into Y2 and the BTP services/entitlements/sub-accounts deployed into X1.
The S-User IDs, access the BTP services via the default identity provider. X1 and Y2 currently belongs to the current company ABC.
The TO-BE, sees the contract transition of Y2 as it is (CRM and ISP remain both the same), and the X1 will be transitioned into Z3 (new CRM and ISP). Y2 and Z3 will be owned by company 123.
Question: after such transition, the S-User IDs deployed into Y2 will be still entitled to access to the BTP service, or will it be required to re-create them into Z3?
Thanks and best regards,
Cristian
