Is it possible to restrict access to opportunities at Sales Unit level?

Is it possible to restrict access to opportunities at Sales Unit level (C4C)?

I find myself in a situation where I have several Sales Units configured under the same Sales Org. but despite my tests I cannot restrict the visibility of their opportunities to their Sales Unit only.

Do you have any idea how this could be done?
